1. Terms & Conditions (T&C) – WeHear Lucky Draw & R&D Facility Visit
2. Eligibility

1. The WeHear Lucky Draw and R&D Facility Visit are open exclusively to registered ENT Specialists and Audiologists attending ISHACON 2026.
2. Mandatory registration through the official WeHear registration form is required to:
   • Participate in the Lucky Draw
   • Be eligible for the WeHear R&D Facility Visit
3. Registration does not guarantee prize selection or R&D visit confirmation and is subject to eligibility validation by WeHear.

2. Registration & Data Accuracy

1. Participants must provide accurate, complete, and verifiable information.
2. Any false, incomplete, or misleading information will result in immediate disqualification.
3. Each participant is allowed one valid registration only.
4. Duplicate entries (based on mobile number, email address, or other identifiers) will be disqualified.

3. R&D Facility Visit

1. The R&D Facility visit is limited to the first 60 eligible registered participants.
2. Visit confirmation will be communicated separately by WeHear.
3. Entry to the R&D Facility is subject to internal security and operational protocols.
4. WeHear reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the R&D visit due to operational or regulatory reasons without prior notice.

4. Lucky Draw Process

1. The Lucky Draw will be conducted live at the WeHear stall on:
   • 30 January 2026 at 5:30 PM
   • 31 January 2026 at 3:30 PM
2. Prizes per day:
   • 1 Sponsored ISHACON 2027 Entry
   • 2 WeHear Otoscope Devices
3. Winners must be present at the stall at the time of the draw to claim the prize.
4. If a winner is absent, WeHear reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

5. Prizes

1. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash.
2. The Sponsored ISHACON entry covers registration fees only. Travel, accommodation, and other expenses are not included unless explicitly stated.
3. Otoscope devices will be provided with standard manufacturer warranty and usage guidelines.

6. Consent & Communication

1. By registering, participants consent to:
   • Being contacted by WeHear for event communication
   • Product trials, feedback, and research collaboration
   • Receiving information about WeHear products and initiatives
2. Participant data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and WeHear’s Privacy Policy.

7. Rights & Discretion

1. WeHear reserves the right to:
   • Verify participant credentials
   • Reject or disqualify any participant without providing a reason
   • Amend these Terms & Conditions at any time
2. All decisions taken by WeHear regarding eligibility, selection, and prize distribution shall be final and binding.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
