  • Camera Access: We use your device camera to scan QR codes for retrieving user profile information, and to capture photos from the connected otoscope device for updating the user profile.

  • Connect and stream from WiFi-enabled ear otoscope devices.

  • Display a live camera preview on your screen.

  • Capture and upload images to a secure server for viewing or storage.

  • Improve app performance and user experience.

 

  1. WiFi and Network Usage

Our app requires access to WiFi to connect to ear-picking devices. When connected to such a device, internet access may be temporarily unavailable, which can affect the ability to upload images to the server. You may need to switch networks to complete the upload process.

We do not share your personal information or images with third parties without your consent.
All image uploads are transmitted over a secure connection.
We take appropriate measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
